1. Change of Mind Returns
Please note that, unless otherwise specified, your order at Custom Vanity is made to order. We are not obligated to accept 'Change of Mind' returns for custom-made items, including but not limited to vanities, vanity tops, and mirrored cabinets.

2. Making Changes to Your Order
Prior to placing an order, we will contact you via email to confirm all of the details of your quote in writing.

When you confirm an order with payment, you acknowledge that you have read all of the details of the quote and accept that the information you provided is correct.

In order to meet our stated lead times, preparations for your order will begin upon receiving your payment.

If changes need to be made after ordering, this may incur additional charges and / or cause delays to your lead time.

3. Faulty Products
