1. How will I receive my vanity?
For orders within South East QLD and Northern NSW areas, we use local third-party delivery drivers.

We deliver Australia wide using third-party freight providers such as TNT, Mainfreight, and Northline.

2. How long will it take to receive my vanity?
The lead time will be stated to you prior to placing the order (e.g., 8—10 weeks).

You can find this information in our email correspondence and on your invoice.

This is the estimated time frame that your order will be completed in and does not include delivery.

Depending on where you are located and the size of your order, delivery times may vary between 3-10 business days.

3. Prior to Delivery
Prior to delivery, you will be contacted to confirm the following information:

  • The delivery address,

  • Your contact details, and

  • Confirmation that someone will be home to receive it

4. Upon Delivery
Please note that third-party drivers will deliver the vanity to your kerbside and will not bring the vanity onto your premises. Therefore, we recommend arranging for additional people on-site to assist with moving the vanity.

All of our vanities will require at least two people to move them safely.

Please inspect that you have received all of the items as listed on your invoice.

If there are any missing or additional items, please notify the driver immediately.

5. Missed Deliveries
Please ensure someone is home to receive the vanity on the scheduled delivery date. If you miss the delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee at the third-party provider’s discretion.

6. Checking & Reporting Damages
We take great care in protecting your vanity for transit, including wrapping it and securing it in a chipboard box for the journey to you.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect your vanity as soon as possible and notify us of any damages.

Damages may result in a replacement or repair, depending on the circumstances.
